SmartClaw

I’ve been using SmartClaw for a long time and was super excited to finally see it hit the Apple App Store as a native iPhone app. The platform has honestly helped me level up my route operation and stay way more organized. Being able to track collections, monitor machine performance, manage locations, and see sales data all in one place has saved me a ton of time. My favorite feature is being able to calculate commission payouts quickly and professionally. The Nayax integration is also a really cool addition, and the reporting tools make it easy to understand which machines and locations are actually performing. Being able to clearly see machine ROI and trends helps me make smarter business decisions about where to invest future money, all with SmartClaw data displayed automatically with almost no extra work on my end. Another thing I really appreciate is that I don’t lose access to my own data. SmartClaw has always given operators the ability to export raw data instead of holding customers hostage to the platform, which says a lot about the company and the people behind it. What I appreciate most overall is that it’s clearly built by people who actually understand route operations and the amusement industry. It keeps getting better with updates and new features. If you run claw machines, bulk vending, or an amusement route, SmartClaw is absolutely worth trying.
