I’ve been using the probiotic, creatine and the muscle dummy protein powder is soooo delicious!
You can add water or milk to make a great meal replacement shake. You can also make desserts, pancakes and ice cream. and so much more. Breeding Dr Johnny’s havoc cookbook has taught me so much more about nutrition.
Meal prepping is key when you’re on a weight loss journey especially if you’re out traveling or running all day. The protein powder is so freaking delicious and smooth .
You can even make snacks, desserts. Whatever flavor you can imagine you can make.
one of my favorites is the chocolate PB2 protein shake so so delicious!
