How it works Open the app. Press record. Speak the recipe the way your family says it: a fistful of this, cook until it smells right, add love. Nivaala transcribes it, structures it, and keeps it safe. Your recipes are private by default. Only the people you invite can see them. If you choose, you can share a recipe to the Food Atlas and contribute to India's culinary map.

Why Nivaala India has over 1,600 food traditions. Most exist only in memory. Nivaala was built so none of them have to disappear.
