I’ve been following Kat’s workouts since early 2010’s and I can tell you that she really stepped it up with this app. The workouts are so amazing and so much harder compared to her previous programs. I love focus on weight lifting and longevity as that is what matters so much as we get older. I’ve been telling all my friends about this new app.

Studio KSL is my absolute favorite workout app. I have loved Katrina Scott since I found her during the early lockdown down days. I absolutely loved her 6:40 and was sad when she went her own way…however, I was sooo grateful to see that by stepping back from that role, that she was able to create her own brand which include all the things I loved. She is kind, she seems patient, and she has a beautiful family. I love her aesthetic. And she brings all that to the app. None of the workouts are exactly the same and there’s TONS to choose from. I love that she does lives right in the app. It’s so convenient and overall a very good quality app!!!!
