I would personally invite Ms. Martin to walk through the community with me and observe both the front and rear areas of the units. During such a walk, she could see cameras and hardware attached to structures, fences, accumulated furniture and other items, vehicles that appear to have remained parked for extended periods, and vehicle-related activity taking place in parking areas. My concern is not simply that violations may exist—it is what I perceive as inconsistent enforcement of the rules. From my experience, requirements seem to become particularly strict whenever I submit a project or Management raises an issue involving my unit. The same concern applies to pets. If registration and other pet rules are being enforced, those requirements should be applied equally to every resident. The records provided to me identified only three registered pets, despite the presence of many more dogs in the community, including units that appear to have multiple pets. Rules should not depend on who the resident is. Fair management means consistent standards, objective enforcement, and equal treatment for everyone.
