• Real-Time Issue Reporting – Add observations, report incidents, and highlight transport issues instantly. Attach photos or notes to provide clear details, ensuring quick resolution by the back office.
• Seamless Backoffice Communication – Stay connected with dispatchers for smooth coordination.
• Sign Transport Documents – Digitally sign transport documents directly within the app for a hassle-free process. Different signing methos are available.
• ETA Visibility for Backoffice – Sharing location with the back office, allows them to track the driver`s estimated time of arrival, ensuring better planning and coordination.
