Breaking down the food groups and offering simple facts about nutrition that, with repetition, will become foundational knowledge for my kids. The kids actually listen to the Foodzee pineapple when it comes to nutrition, rather than having to listen to me repeat myself. Love it! 💛💛🥑🥑
