For starters, I am new to this whole gym thing… I was lost when it came to my workouts, meal plan, tracking what I eat and healthy options. Sophia and this App changed everything for me. I had my first call with Sophia 3 weeks ago and she made me a custom meal plan, workout plan and we went over goals before our next check in! (Check-ins are monthly calls you have the option of choosing or foregoing, that allows you and Sophia to go over how the plan, meals and workouts are going). It made me feel so much better knowing I had someone there to support me not only on my physical health. Yet, also with the ups and downs of life and staying on track to better health physically and mentally. ALSO, if you don’t like things on your meal plan or they get old… you have the option to opt-out for different healthier options! A fully customizable plan that caters to my needs is what I needed as a single, working-mom of 3 kids. I found it with the help of Sophia, this app and her plan!
