2026-06-21	Ka*****	Battery drainage is insane, its the only app I use that behaves this way. Scanning barcodes acts very weirdly and sometimes doesn’t see a barcode in plain sight. And the search engine works sometimes and other times it doesn’t do anything. All orders are always combined, but I wish there was a way to create separate invoices.

2026-06-08	Ti*****	So my app on my work phone has not been working since April. I have emailed customer service almost everyday to try to get this problem fixed and they have stopped responding to me. They gave me a ticket number for when the issue is supposed to be fixed but I don’t have access to said ticket to check the status. Customer first is not putting customers first.

2026-06-03	Cd*****	So bad so hard to find items. Misspelled and older coremark app can find with nice pictures, instead this garbage of app, no common sense… now even self scanned getbstuck must close app to make it works again every 5 munutes

2026-05-11	Pr*****	Hello, The format for the tag needs to be fixed as the tags which we print are looking horrible. The original price is printed in the bottom bar without the $ sign in front. The whole format is messed up. The old app had a good format and easy of use, the new app needs a lot of work to reach to that point and in the pace its moving it might be few more years. Please expedite the user interface and experience so it’s easier for users and app is user-friendly. The search bar needs to be worked on and also the core promotion section is all gone.

2026-04-29	UD*****	Not a user friendly app. When you delete an item from your shopping cart or change qty, that item moves to all the way top on your cart list. So weird and error prone set up to order through an app.

2026-04-21	Pe*****	The search engine is a joke. You can’t type in the name of an item without it auto correcting to something that they don’t even carry. This whole app is very obviously made with AI and it’s not very user friendly or correlated to the product at all. Items that have been in the system forever now have some weird generated name that makes no sense. My orders take double the time to do now. Extremely disappointed! Also most of my tags don’t work anymore. As someone else said, this can only be seen as a test of patience. I hope some updates get made soon. Also, being able to look at items without creating a new order would be awesome.

2026-04-18	Hy*****	Been ordering from Core Mark for many years now and I have to say the previous app is way better. This new app you can’t even scan to check a simple price of an item without having to create a new order. Versus the old app it opens right up to the scanner wasting no time. Instead of creating a whole new app just make an update into the old app. We’ll see what happens but old app is far times better in every way.
