Frequent sign-in and login/logout problems; app logs out often and login button may not work

Recent reviews

Please add the ability on the schedule to start the unit with the light off or on. I have to manually turn it off before bed and if it was off on the schedule, one less step. Also need the ability to use 12 hour clock instead of the 24 hour on the schedule

This app works in either WiFi or Bluetooth. It automatically chose WiFi and works perfectly. It provides extra value on options which the remote or front panel do not display easily. I can check the room temperature anywhere I am at and make adjustments accordingly. I do not know why some have given this a low value as it works well and provides added functionality. I was hesitate at first to download and use but I am so glad I have done so.
