WHY SWIPING BEATS SCROLLING

A streaming home screen shows hundreds of titles at once, and comparing hundreds of options is exhausting. Answering yes or no to one film at a time is not.

There's a second reason it works: recall is hard, recognition is easy. Almost nobody can name five films they want to watch, but anyone can react to five posters in ten seconds. MovieSwipe only ever asks you to recognise.
