I’ve had the chance to try the cold plunge and red light therapy at Contrast Nordic Spa while it’s still being built, and it’s been such a great experience. What I really love about it is the sense of community that comes with it. The first time I jumped into the cold plunge, I had a small group of friends and family with me. I really trust the way the owner runs his business—he’s genuinely invested in creating an experience that’s all about health and wellness. If you get the chance, ask him about his trip to the Netherlands where he dove deep into the origins of the cold plunge practice. It’s clear he’s not cutting any corners when it comes to crafting something special for our city. He’s put a lot of thought and care into every detail, and you can feel it when you’re there.
