4/7/26 New Update on App is lagging so hard to the newest updated version. Just spins round and round. Bruhhhh I really hope you’ve addressed adding out appointments to our device calendar ***** takes forever to ask for something so important than fumbling back and forth wasting time, energy and patience…2/5** Again! This has not been addressed or answered. Please make the app accessible to add dates and times directly to the device calendar. It’s a huge inconvenience having to go back and forth between the app and my calendar, especially when I have to log in repeatedly. This extra friction makes something simple far more time-consuming than it should be.*** Frustrations are building because the app frequently lags during meetings. It often fails to add future appointments or meetings to the calendar, which makes scheduling difficult. There should be an option to choose a preferred name without being forced to use the “simplified” mode in meetings, especially group meetings, so users don’t have to display their full name. The simplified mode itself also lags badly and often causes the screen to black out. The app is not user-friendly on Android, iOS, or laptops using the Google Play app. The interface is extremely small and difficult to use, and it is not Chromebook-friendly at all.

Every time I log in for an appointment it, it tells me that my password is wrong. It then never sends me an email to reset it unless I use the website. Then when I finally do reset my email, it tells me that the new password can’t be my old password. Mega dookie stupid
