StudyFit breaks down workouts into bite-sized micro-exercises, allowing you to start and stop your workout at any time. Guides on each exercise are included - and they're timed for you, so you don't have to do it yourself. Your time put into working out is counted, not how many reps you do - don't worry if you can't do the exercises quickly at first!
