Answers Designed for Women
Your Thursday crash was written in Wednesday's food log.
Ojala reads your nutrition data and shows you what's actually going on — in plain language, every week.
You feel exhausted. Your focus is off. Your sleep isn't right. You're doing everything you're supposed to do — and something is still missing.
It's not in your head. It's in your data.
Ojala looks at your food and supplement data and shows you what's actually there. In plain language. Every week. - Pattern Analysis. Not percentages.
The Weekly:
Every week Ojala brings together what you ate, what you supplemented, how you slept, how many steps you took, your heart rate, your energy, your focus, and how you actually felt — shaped by over 30 personal inputs including your life stage, your food preferences, your sensitivities, and your goals. The result is a personal nutrition analysis written for you specifically. Not for a generic adult. For where you actually are right now.
Never cookie cutter:
The same number means something different depending on where you are. A calcium gap at 35 reads differently than a calcium gap at 55. Every finding is weighted through the lens of your life stage — whether you are a young adult, navigating perimenopause, or postmenopausal. Your cuisine preferences, the foods you love, the foods you avoid, and your sensitivities shape every recommendation.
Effortless logging:
Photo logging. Barcode scan. Keyword search. Food and supplements tracked separately — so you can see what your diet actually provides versus what you're supplementing to compensate for. Logging that gets out of your way so the analysis can do its work.
Your devices. In the picture.:
Ojala connects to your Apple Watch, Fitbit, and other smart devices — pulling in your sleep, steps, and heart rate alongside your food and supplement data for a complete picture of your week.
Nutrition wisdom from around the world:
Ojala draws on diverse nutrition science and food traditions from the world's healthiest and longest-lived populations. Japanese longevity practices. Mediterranean evidence. Ayurvedic nutritional medicine. Traditional Chinese Medicine. Ethiopian, Nordic, and Middle Eastern food traditions. Peer-reviewed research from leading institutions globally. A wider, deeper, more diverse body of evidence — applied to your actual week.
The supplement question:
Research from Harvard Medical School, JAMA, and the American Osteopathic Association consistently finds that most people supplementing have no documented deficiency — and that nutrients from food outperform the same nutrients taken as supplements. Ojala shows you what your food actually provides before you spend another dollar on supplements.
Nutritional Support During GLP-1 and Reduced-Calorie Diets:
Reducing calories can mean reducing critical nutrients — Ojala tracks exactly what you're getting so nothing essential gets missed.
A note from the founder
I built the tool I needed when the system stopped working for me — and made sure it would work for every woman, regardless of access.
Thirty years building new products in mobile and fintech across the US and Europe taught me how to see gaps before they become crises. Watching people I love fall through the cracks of a healthcare system I understood intimately — and then falling through them myself — taught me which gap mattered most.
So I built Ojala on my own. Designed it, coded it, built the algorithms that power it. No venture capital. No corporate agenda. No storing or selling of your data. Privacy and integrity are the cornerstones Ojala is being built on. Private by design
Ojala means hope in Spanish. My hope is to create a different kind of product and company that will help close the gap in nutrition and health for women.
Ojala is a nutrition data tool, not medical advice. AI analysis and nutritional databases can contain errors — use this as a starting point for understanding, not a definitive answer. Always work with qualified healthcare professionals for your personal care.
