Apple customer service for app store is terrible. They declined my refund request which I accidentally purchased. There is no way to contact realy person to resolve the issue. Terrible service.

The UI - simple; The performance - excellent; Ease of use - incredible. One of the few app that I can reliably use on day to day basis. The fact that I can pop a video in, compress to Discord share size, and out within seconds is sensational. Rarely an app made me want to write a positive review, but the amount of time this app saved me the hassle of figuring out how to evade Discord’s size limit deserve all the gratitude, five stars and all.
