I got my package a week ago and the app still won’t let me log in. Yeah I can do the online but it doesn’t have the tracking feature I wanted to use. I have contacted the support email and they had no fixes. If it doesn’t work in the next week I am forced to return the products. The app is half of this service and I would like it to be tracked to see if the products do infact work for me and we can’t even get to that point.

I’ve done everything recommended to fix issues with the app and it still won’t actually work for me to track my progress. It just loads a white screen.

If this company doesn’t get a damn handle on taking money OUT of my account!!..I’ve already Cancelled!!,E-Mail, ETC!!..Still no response..This is not a good look for your company AT ALL!!..Where’s the return label?..How come I can’t never speak to a live AGENT?..This is just awful and unacceptable!..Amazon would never!.At this point TEMU would NEVER!..DAMN CROOKS!!
