The ProSpot application is a new and upgraded smartwatch Application developed by Lava International Ltd.

• It integrates data recording, activity tracking and smartwatch wearable device control.
• It allows you to easily record all the data from your wearable device, so that you can be more engaged in your fitness!

After connecting to the Smartwatch wearable device through the ProSpot App, you can:

• Record and manage data such as steps, distance, sleep log, exercise log, and set cycle reminders
• Set alarm clock, call reminder, message notification, walk reminder and drink reminder etc
• Record sleep data, sleep duration, deep sleep, light sleep, rapid eye movement, and detect sleep quality to help you improve sleep quality
• Keep track of weight trends, set weight goals and encourage yourself to achieve daily exercise
• Records multiple sports exercise data such as running, cycling, swimming, rowing machine etc
• Record daily steps, calories, moderate to high intensity fitness and other activity data, support daily, weekly, monthly view of the historical data
