 To support this solution, ValetPlus includes the **ValetPlus Partner App**. This app is specifically designed for use by valet drivers and supervisors at the valet desk, equipping them with tools for vehicle management, tracking, and customer service. Together, ValetPlus and ValetPlus Partner App provide an end-to-end digital solution that transforms valet parking into a sophisticated, data-driven experience. 

Core Features ValetPlus App (Customer-facing)

1. Car Drop-off and Pickup Notifications
   Customers can use the app to receive notifications about their car's status at any time, including drop-off, parking, and pickup updates.

2. Car Retrieval Request
   Customers can send a car retrieval request directly from their ValetPlus app, specifying the time when they need their vehicle ready at the valet desk.

3. QR Code Interaction for Security
   A unique QR code is generated during both drop-off and pickup to ensure the right person is retrieving the vehicle, enhancing security and reducing the risk of misplacement. ValetPlus Partner App (For Valet Drivers and Supervisors) The ValetPlus Partner App offers a suite of tools for valet staff, including drivers and supervisors, to streamline vehicle intake, parking, tracking, and retrieval.

4. Vehicle Intake and Registration
   License Plate Scanning and Photo Documentation**: When a vehicle arrives at the valet desk, take photos of the vehicle, and generate a QR code for customer confirmation. QR Code for Customer Acknowledgment**: The QR code is scanned by the customer through their ValetPlus app, serving as a receipt of vehicle drop-off.

5. Parking Process

• After intake, the valet driver takes the car to the designated parking lot, marks the parking location in the app, and uploads pictures of the parked vehicle for documentation.
• Real-Time Status Update: The car owner can view their vehicle's status as "Car Parked" in the ValetPlus app, along with photos showing the parked location, ensuring transparency.

1. Car Retrieval Request and Assignment

• Customer Request Handling: When the car owner sends a car retrieval request via ValetPlus, the supervisor receives the request and can assign it to an available driver.
• Driver Notifications: The assigned driver is notified with details of the vehicle, including car photo and parking location, enabling quick and efficient car retrieval.
• QR Code for Handover: Upon delivery, the valet driver generates a QR code that the customer scans, serving as an acknowledgment of vehicle receipt.

• If the car owner is delayed in arriving at the valet desk, the supervisor can opt to return the vehicle to the parking area, reducing wait time and maintaining traffic flow at the valet point.
