It constantly logs you out for no reason, and when you try to sign back in, it often fails to send the verification code. I’ve had to wait days before finally receiving a login code. The smart ring itself is also unreliable. It frequently disconnects from the app and fails to deliver important notifications such as stress alerts, relaxation reminders, or even low battery warnings. In fact, the app only seems to sync data when I manually open it. What’s the point of paying for an expensive smart ring if I have to open the app every day—and sometimes multiple times a day—just to see my status and receive updates? A smart health device should work automatically in the background, not require constant manual checking. Very disappointing experience.

Great app is pretty good but it needs new update for lagging and other bugs

Worst app I have used. Never works. Doesn’t sync and doesn’t connect. It’s so expensive for such a bad service.
