Recent reviews

I downloaded Olive just to test the app and did NOT intend to start a paid subscription or continue with the free trial. The app says that I started a subscription and I’ve been able to use subscription benefits, including features that aren’t supposed to be available without a subscription. However, when I try to manage or cancel the subscription, there is no “Manage Subscription” or cancellation option available in the app. It also does not appear under my Apple subscriptions. I’ve tried contacting Olive multiple times through the app, through their support links, and directly from my iCloud email, and I still haven’t received a response. I’m trying to cancel before I’m charged, but I’m being given no clear way to do that. It’s extremely frustrating to have an app recognize that I have a subscription and let me use its benefits, but not provide a way to manage or cancel it. I was only testing the app and never intended to keep the free trial.

Charged $55 dollars for this app that I never purchased. Emails after emails and not one response to offer any help. Still have no idea how to cancel since it does not let me in the app and I don’t have it in my purchased apps in my Apple account. Very very frustrating and disappointing. If I did accidentally purchase a trial, and forgot to cancel it, why is there no customer service or anywhere to cancel future charges or get refunded????
