Search the web, fetch webpages, calculate, reason across multiple steps, and work with images, PDFs, CSVs, and text files. Reins includes model management, multiple server connections, custom headers and API keys, thinking mode, chat branching, background processing, conversation exports, backups, and detailed controls for system prompts, temperature, context size, and maximum tokens. No login is required, and chats remain private with no data collection.

This app used to be fun, but now they’ve locked out basic functionality behind a subscription, even for running models on my own hardware. The whole point of edge/local AI is to avoid subscription lock-in, they’ve completely lost the thread here. Straight into the bin.
