I signed up on FoxNews and when it gave me the link to get the app I tried to charge $99.99 for six months which I already paid. I checked the bank and the money WAS pulled. How do I get the app insight i already paid for. It feels like another scam

I have been using this app 40 days and this is what I have noticed: The scan has been showing 24/300 for a month. No movement whatsoever. Dark web scanned 59k. How do I know this is accurate? Where can I see the report? Spam numbers blocked - 2k. This number is always going up and down, so have no idea if this number is supposed to be aggregate or it updates on a weekly or monthly basis. I’m not sure what protection this app is actually providing. Spam calls and texts still come through. The app offers no hard proof that it is actually doing anything other than to show potentially fake stats. This is the second review I have written. The first review was not posted for whatever reason; likely due to my question as to the legitimacy of the App/company.
