SeeMe gives you a team of AI coaches who actually remember you.

There's your Mentor—the guide who keeps track of your goals, patterns, and what you're working through. And then there are specialists: a life coach, career coach, therapist-style support, and more. They talk to each other. When you mention something to your Mentor that's really about your career, they'll bring in the right coach.

It's not random chatbot conversations. Sessions have structure. You do a Wheel of Life assessment to set your baseline. You pick focus areas to track. Morning check-ins, evening reflections, weekly reviews—whatever rhythm works for you.

Between sessions, your coaches stay in the loop. The journal is where you dump your thoughts—quick voice notes, habit tracking, mood ratings. You can also connect your calendar, HealthKit, and Screen Time, so your coaches understand your schedule, sleep, activity, and how you're spending your attention. All of this stays on your device, but it means when you sit down for a real conversation, they actually know what's been going on in your life.

Here's what actually makes SeeMe different: privacy that's real, not just a promise. Everything runs on your device by default. Your data stays on your phone. If you want faster, deeper responses, you can turn on cloud mode—but even then, nothing gets stored on any server. Your conversations don't train any AI models. You own your data completely.

The dashboard shows you what matters: your focus areas (with scores that update twice a day), your capacity level so you can catch burnout early, and your next scheduled session. There's also a vision board you create through conversation—describe your ideal future and the app generates images to keep you inspired.

You can text your coaches, talk to them with voice, or just journal. Customize their communication style—how much structure you want, how long responses should be, how much encouragement vs. challenge.
