Shades Fitness is an online community offering Pilates and other mindful movement practices for all levels, with classes ranging from 15-40 minutes. Our Shades Fitness community is all about empowering and supporting our members, looking to discover their best selves, regardless of their season in life. We want you to prioritize your health and wellness, not just see it as a luxury, but rather a necessity, doing what you can no matter where you are.
