Ofline is building one of the world's most user-friendly local marketplace app that connects shops to customers in local market. Our marketplace enables customers to efficiently search for products, check real-time availability of products at shops and make pre-orders. These features help customers to get their products immediately at the shop and saving valuable time.

Customers face three key problems: spending several hours to find products, uncertainty about stock availability and unnecessary waiting times in the store. These problems are briefed below.

Discoverability: Customers often spend hours or even days, when they do not know exactly in which shop they will find their required products or services. This problem leads to wastage of time and frustration.

Uncertainty: While going shop, customers often have uncertain questions: Will the product be in stock? What if they need to find another shop in case they are out of stock? What will be the prices there? This uncertainty can deter customers from making purchases and affect their overall shopping experience from the local market.

Waiting: Customers have to wait unnecessarily around 15 minutes just to communicate their needs to the merchants in case of crowds at the shop. This delay can lead to dissatisfaction and a sense of wasted time.

We are actively addressing these problems in our pilot test.
