I purchased a 14.94 one month sale plan today and ended up with charges of almost 50.00

I signed up, chose my level of spending, but when I started choosing my wardrobe items, it was far more expensive than anticipated. I changed my profile to down 1 level, but am blocked out. I then canceled, with them saying I could use the planner until Jan 29, when my subscription ends, but when I sign in to try again the only way I can use it is to re-sign. Customer Service is terrible and the customer is DEFINITELY not priority.
