The Portl UltraGym is your portable, All-in-One Strength Training system that enables convenient access to full-body strength training from the convenience of your home. The UltraGym companion app allows the registered members of the Portl UltraGym to access the entire gamut of features and services available, and ultimately helps them get stronger everyday!

1. Build Your Own Workouts The workout builder for the UltraGym allows you to build and customize your workout regimen. You can choose from over 150+ unique exercises spanning all the muscle groups and create unlimited workout variations depending on your needs. You can also specify the weights, sets, reps and rest periods that will automatically get triggered on the UltraGym device while working out. You can also view demos of all the exercises in your workout to maintain your form and technique and understand the comprehensive benefits of the UltraGym and all its accessories.

2. Goal Setting & Challenges Choose from multiple goals as per your need and receive accurate estimations, recommendations and progress tracking to help you achieve your targets. Join weekly and monthly challenges to stay on top of your strength goals, unlock achievements and badges and climb the leaderboard.

3. Strength Assessment The UltraGym Strength Assessment helps you analyze your current strength levels across core foundational movements and enables you to set targets and track your gains across your entire fitness journey.

4. Progress Monitoring When the app is paired with the UltraGym device, you can track your progress and monitor your performance across every workout session. Detailed metrics such as Time under Tension, automatic rep counting, mode-specific analytics, total weight lifted and much more are now available automatically for you to understand your progress better.

5. Extensive Program Library Choose from multiple programs across different goals and body-part specific routines as per your requirements. Programs span 4-week, 6-week and 8-week tenures and are designed by certified fitness professionals to help you elevate your strength and fitness.
