Firmware update seems to have fixed past users issues. I was able to get right on with Bluetooth and setup of the app was simple. It’s a basic app and everything is straightforward.

Purchased this automatic cat litter box, but I have been unable to use the app because the unit will not connect to either Wi-Fi or Bluetooth. I have entered the correct Wi-Fi password multiple times, reset the device, restarted the setup process, and followed the instructions provided, but the connection consistently fails. A smart litter box relies heavily on app connectivity, so this issue makes many of its advertised features unusable. The setup process has been frustrating and time-consuming, and there appears to be no clear solution. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this product unless the connectivity issues are resolved.
