I tried both the computer and the iPhone and in both instances either the screen froze on my phone, or the verification code didn’t allow me in on the computer. Tried multiple times on both, and although it appeared to be working and active, it did NOT move forward. Frustrated!

Whomever was the owner of this project at Priority Pass should be fired for incompetence. Whichever developers worked on this app should be placed on a PIP subject to code reviews for lack of basic knowledge or abilities. Most blatantly, when attempting to log in to the new app, I am informed that there is no account associated with my email account - whenever I go to the old app, I can literally copy my email address and paste it to the new app, no dice. I don’t know which mouth breathers are responsible for this app, but they probably need to be moved into a group home so professionals can take care of them from now on.
