healthcare first ltd is a shift management App that helps staff of the healthcare industry like the health care workers, nurses or support staff in managing their shifts effectively.

• Home page shows the confirmed shifts for the week and the icons for easy navigation through the app
• Shift management is made effective, as shifts that are available for the staff can be viewed when the calendar dates are clicked and they can accept the shifts which they want.
• Bookings done for them can be viewed under UPCOMING SHIFT in the BOOKING section
• Staff can CLOCK IN to the current shift shown under current running shift under the UPCOMING SHIFT tab
• The COMPLETED shifts can be viewed to update the TIMESHEETS/SIGNATURE as per the client manager requirement for the shifts as a proof
• Staff availability can be updated from MY AVAILABILITY section enabling the company to book shifts effectively
• Required documents for the staff like policies or staff information can be added by the company for the staff to view it under DOCUMENTS
• Refer a friend option allows the staff to refer the company any prospective candidates who are looking for job

The location of the staff is captured during clock in and clock out. Camera access is used with permission for uploading timesheets.
