User Reviews

No Way Home is a fun, accessible twin-stick shooter with a strong loot-and-upgrade loop and good value. Reviewers praise its charm, visuals, and replayability, but report recurring technical bugs (freezes, audio/load issues), monetization concerns, and limited endgame content. Support responsiveness is also questioned. Overall, it’s worth the price for fans of the genre, but performance and long-term content improvements are common requests.
Pros
  • Fun and addictive twin-stick shooter that's easy to pick up and play.
  • Excellent replayability with loot, crafting, and upgrades.
  • Great value for money; affordable price and generally positive reception of the game's worth.
  • Polished visuals and engaging vibe (cute design with an 80s arcade feel and solid voice acting).
Cons
  • Frequent technical issues: freezes during combat, crashes, load errors, and audio problems.
  • Monetization concerns: pay-to-win perception and pricing confusion between free-to-download and paid experience.
  • Short endgame / limited content after progression; story ends too soon and long-term goals feel sparse.
  • Customer support issues: slow or absent responses to problems and lack of timely support.

The gameplay feels absolutely stunning at first. Yet as you spend more time in the game, the levels become far too repetitive with nothing new to offer. Later on, the developers didn’t even bother designing unique weapon artwork or naming new weapons. Entering the Dome skips straight to the final wave of enemies, and the final boss is barely any harder than regular minions. It really feels like the studio rushed to cash out and abandon the project, leaving such a shoddy, rushed ending.

One of the highest quality mobile games out there. Definitely worth the $5. My only complaint is that the leaderboards for the BlastronautZ mini game is full of blatant cheaters. I love this mini game and probably have played it 10x as much as the normal game and yet my high score is still only 400,000. The top 5 spots are all over 1,000,000,000. The devs would know that this simply isn’t possible without cheating. I hope they remove these cheaters so the real gamers can get their credit. P.S. you should release BlastronautZ as a standalone game with more levels, it’s so fun!!!!
