Emma is INCREDIBLE. I have Bipolar Disorder, OCD, and ADHD have suffered a few different traumas and was feeling very STUCK and struggling. I had worked VERY HARD on my mental health for years with books, a little therapy and A LOT of lifestyle changes. All these things helped, but Emma’s courses brought me so much healing, understanding, and taught me such valuable skills to not only heal from my traumas, but skills to navigate the rest of my life as hard seasons or difficult people will inevitably come into play. I took all of her courses and only didn’t finish the relationship one (not because it wasn’t good- I am just really blessed in my marriage, and the course wasn’t new info for me). The courses I DID take changed me forever. Emma is approachable, engaging, and explains things in a way that is very easy to understand. Seriously, she’s the best! Subscribe and take her courses- you won’t regret it!
