Keeps saying to update but no update available in App Store. It just spins and won’t load. PLEASE FIX

I’ve tried cashing out 4 times for each one to fail forget getting a hold of this so called customer service nobody ever responds back to you. Obviously the people who say it’s so great have never tried to cash out, I won over 500 and will never see a penny
