Why do I have to pay just to learn another language?

Hello, I downloaded Pingo because it looks like an amazing app, and I’m excited to use it to learn Spanish. Unfortunately, the app gets stuck on the loading screen and never opens on my iPhone. Could you please help me fix this issue? Thank you in advance for your support.
