AutoBody is your personal AI Trainer. It helps you reach your goals faster by analyzing your workouts using your hand movements with your Apple Watch and give you actionable feedback. It is the first and only app that is actually able to give you feedback on your workouts, while all other apps only give you a pre-programmed workouts but unable to detect how or whether you actually performed them. It count your reps in real-time with haptic feedback on your wrist with each rep counted !

Took a couple workouts to get used to, but once it clicked it started catching things I normally ignore, like uneven reps and tempo issues. Not perfect, but definitely helpful.

I am not a professional body builder. This app made me confident with the feedbacks when I hit the gym by myself. It is good to know what I need to do to optimize muscle building. Also it helps me keep the log of my workouts without fiddling much with iPhone. There are some UI improvements needed but overall it works for me.
