However, reliability issues (freezes, grey screens, incomplete logging), lack of automation and Apple Health integration, and a steep price for premium create frequent friction for users.

Pros

Tracks multiple medications/peptides, including custom ones.
Reminders/alarms and the ability to track a wide range of metrics (weight, water, calories, measurements, pictures).
User-friendly logging that helps you see progress and understand bio level changes.
Supports logging of various entries quickly and shows results/side effects, aiding consistency.

Cons

Frequent freezing/crashes and reliability issues (grey screens, stuck screens).
Incomplete logging for some peptides or entries (some items won’t log or show blank).

I have been using the app and want to love it. But 3.06 won’t let me login as i have been with Google. I hope my data is still there!

Been using the app for a month to track my shots. While that part it ok, it’s all of the personal stuff (height, gender, etc.) that always fails to save. Also, even though I’m logged in & selected a plan, every time I open the app, it wants me to select a plan. Hoping they fix it soon.
