User Reviews
Pros
- Seamless iCloud syncing for ROMs and saves across devices, enabling smooth resume on iPhone, iPad, and Apple TV.
- Smooth emulation performance with strong visuals and sound coupled with a clean, minimal setup and interface.
- Native tvOS/iOS experience with easy access within the Apple ecosystem and quick launches.
- Cloud-based ROM management keeps your library accessible across devices.
- Active development and ongoing feature iterations, with developers demonstrated commitment.
Cons
- ROM import is buggy/tedious: batch imports often crash and importing many ROMs at once can fail; one-by-one adds is cumbersome.

I downloaded it hoping to play some of the classic games I have collecting dust in storage and don’t want to dig out. Installed on my Mac and Apple TV, then on the Mac dragged a couple ROM files to the emulator of choice. It went well and I played a few games but the next time I went to load it I got “Download Failed” alongside checking my internet connection. My internet connection was fine so no idea why this happened.
I’m troubleshooting again now and some games work while others don’t. Seems pretty random which will load and which won’t.

I wish I would’ve read the description a little better. There is no actual games included in this and there is no directions on how to get games loaded into. This would be nice for a little more cotton dry direction.

The iCloud experience is seamless. The synchronization between devices is lightning fast. I feel like this is definitely the strongest point of the emulator that the developers should continue to advertise and lean into.
For right now, the features are a little bit more sparse, even for me, who’s not a power user. I would like the option to hide the console systems that I’m not playing in the menu, add new controller skins and different save states, but I can tell this product is going to be amazing!
