Kapi – Find and Hire

Kapi is a local marketplace that connects people who need a service with registered businesses in their area. The app includes AI tools that help categorize and write your request, and show it to businesses whose category matches what you're looking for.

LOOKING FOR A SERVICE?

• Post a request with a description, urgency, and city. The app offers automatic category and wording suggestions.

• Your request is shown to registered businesses that offer that category in your area.

• Compare profiles, reviews, and responses within the app, and choose who to contact.

• Explore promotions posted by nearby businesses in the Explore tab.

• Chat with the business within the app. You decide when to share contact information outside the platform.

OWN A BUSINESS?

• Receive requests filtered by category and location, with a compatibility percentage calculated by the app.

• Post visual promotions that appear in the feeds of customers who are on the app.

• Respond to requests with proposals within the app. After the service, your clients can leave a review.

• Set up saved searches to receive notifications when a request appears in your chosen categories and areas.

• Switch between Client and Business modes within the same account.

AVAILABLE IN MEXICO

• List of Mexican states and municipalities available to register your request or business.

• Interface in Spanish.

ACCOUNT AND PRIVACY

• Sign in with Apple, Google, or email.

• Sessions are stored in the operating system's secure storage (Keychain on iOS).

• You control which contact information is displayed to other users from the Profile screen.

• You can report content, block accounts, and request the deletion of your information from Profile → Settings or by email to support@kapimx.com.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Create your account and choose whether you are looking for or offering services. You can switch later from Profile.

2. Post a request (customer) or register your business.

3. The app displays requests to businesses and promotions to customers based on category and location.

4. If you reach an agreement, you can chat within the app and leave a review afterward.

Kapi is free for customers. Businesses can use the app at no cost during the launch period.
