Recent reviews

I deposited approximately $1,000 and have already completed a significant amount of gameplay. My account still shows a cash balance of $308.93, but only $0.52 is available for withdrawal. The app has displayed a maintenance message for weeks, preventing gameplay, while the remaining balance remains restricted. I contacted support months ago and received no meaningful response. Recent inquiries have only resulted in generic automated replies. I am not claiming fraud, but it is extremely frustrating to have real cash locked in an account when gameplay is unavailable and customer support does not provide clear answers or assistance. Please provide actual customer support and a resolution for affected users.

It’s been nearly two months trying to withdrawal. Can’t connect to an agent to discuss. Asked for more info for verification over a month ago, sent it same day and nothing still. Play any other app, this is terrible.
