Recent reviews

The app is completely misleading. It told me my order would be ready in 9 minutes, so I placed it and drove to the restaurant. Instead, I ended up waiting for over 30 minutes with no updates and no explanation. If the real wait time is 30–40 minutes, just say that. Don’t show fake estimates that waste people’s time. The only reason I ordered through the app was to save time, but it actually took longer than ordering in person. An online ordering app should provide accurate wait times. Right now, it’s setting customers up for frustration.
