I love this app and it’s been so helpful for my business. When I did have an issue I heard back from customer service within 24 hours with a full explanation. Highly recommend!!

This app sucks completely. For 1 you can’t even send texts out most of the time without closing and reloading the app. Secondly it always logs you out no matter what. Thirdly Onlysales charges you for text messages that don’t get delivered or error out. They’ve taken thousands of dollars from me, and then you can’t even reach out to them. I messaged them about this TWO MONTHS AGO and still no response. Then they start a chat and end it. FIN never replies completely ignores you. Britney literally hangs up the chat on you with no help. The only person that’s helpful and has intelligence and empathy is Alivia. Honestly if it weren’t for her I would’ve already transferred CRMs. You guys better be lucky you have one competent person. She’s carrying the entire company.
