The app isn’t bad, it’s similar to most apps. Better optimization would help. Package numbers are slightly sporadic and should be closer for a more efficient route. Showing the packages in close proximity as a cluster that you could then zoom in on would be great and efficient to reduce driving back and forth. Too many clicks for multi package deliveries. A better sequence would be to scan all packages, take a picture of all packages, entire house, mailbox, packages at the door. This would reduce time with having a driver standing at someone’s doorstep and increase safety.

I worked for this company for two days, and it was a complete disappointment. The app constantly freezes, navigation doesn’t work properly, and routes are calculated incorrectly. It shows 175 delivery stops but displays the wrong total distance — the system is completely unreliable. The work organization is terrible, support doesn’t respond, and there’s no phone number to reach anyone. Payments are said to be weekly, but the first two weeks are held with no transparency. My advice: If you’re thinking about working as a driver here, stay away. This is not a professional system — you’ll just waste your time and energy.
