Please fix this!!!

I’m tired of submitting support tickets to watch the WEEKS go by and nothing be done. I’ve lost out on a lot of money from completing goals and app glitches. And each time I submit a ticket, I get nothing but a “we’re super busy” auto email in return. Absolutely ridiculous.
