Overall there is fun reads. However the bugs and error codes are insane. I have 4 books I can’t finish on the last couple chapters due to ‘error codes’ about the connection and download. Then I have some that I started and at chapter one and it won’t let me reload either. Followed the steps to boot it fresh. Didn’t work. Disappointed at best

I was playing just fine and all of the sudden is crashed but ever since then it has not worked I’ve talked to support and there has been no resolution so I unfortunately just had to uninstall it which is a shame i actually like playing 🤷🏼‍♀️🫤

Update: It’s been about 3 weeks since I started experiencing issues with this app, and I am still unable to play about 80% of the stories. I may or may not be obsessed with this game, so I have reached out to support and I have yet to receive any helpful response. While I’m enjoying playing these stories, I’ve literally only completed one because I keep getting error messages that the stories can’t be downloaded. I literally started 3 or 4 stories that I am unable to complete. It’s super annoying. I’ve tried resetting my phone, my wifi, reinstalling the app, etc., nothing works! I will update this review once this bug is fixed.
