After about 20 minutes the translator would not allow any more. I tried shutting down the phone I am canceling I do like the translations, they help me converse. It needs to have duration

I am in china and I have repeatedly tried to download simplified mandarin for offline translation without success. Voice portion will not start. Lastly the price was not clear before download. Canceled automatic payment immediately
