التقييمات سلبية بشكل عام، حيث تواجه الغالبية مشاكل في تسجيل الدخول والتسجيل، يتعطل التطبيق ويخرج المستخدمون، وتظهر صفحة بيضاء. كما توجد عقبات في شراء التذاكر نتيجة الطوابير ومحدودية المقاعد وتوزيعها عبر قنوات خارجية، مع ضعف الدعم الفني وغياب الاستقرار العام.

وايد اخطاء في التسجيل وليش ماقدر اسجل برقم التلفون والخط الدولي ودايما ماقدر لا اشوف اذا في تذاكر او لا ودايما عندي مشكلة بالتسجيل ولما اتبع الخطوات مايدزون لي الرقم السري الجديد .. يعني زبن حاطه لكم نجمتين
