I like this game it’s addictive and I’m a 38 man that don’t play many games, the only thing i don’t like is the game isn’t finished, I’m stuck on level 12 can’t get to 13 to get the last gold wrench and help the alien, I’ve done everything it said to do, now the top of the screen says come back soon for more content, it’s been almost 2 months now???? Are yall gonna expand or do i just delete cause it said I’m in the .02 % i completed the game, theres alot of map left to uncover whats up

Really enjoyed the game, until I didn’t. Playing on iPhone. basically got to level 13. Had spent money on several extras because I wasn’t enjoying the game so much. And it looked like lots of levels. Was able to get more than half of the levels and opened cleared completely. There were still some missing hidden items and such. Then there was an update and whenever I tried to log into the game, it went black. Removed it from home. Tried to reopen it goes black. So reached out to customer service from the app link. Cricket waited I think a week or two. Emailed again. And again nothing. Now it’s been a couple months I have a game I put money into that is unplayable. Not even sure if fully deleting it and reinstalling it would do it. But then I would lose all my progress and money spent as far as I. Because Customer Service is not doing its basic function. Do better people.
