ATI PT CONNECT

I downloaded the app like my therapist suggested and used it for the first five days that I did my home exercises. It was nice to have and see the video to make sure I was doing everything correct and to keep track of my time doing it. But then, for no reason at all, my app just stopped working. It just kept telling me that there was an error and it couldn’t connect to my data. I tried everything I did everything that I could think of to get it to work. I even uninstalled it and installed it again and then I was reading the reviews to see if anyone else was having issues an to my surprise from the reviews that I’ve read you’re charged every time you use the app which is very disappointing. I really enjoyed using it and it was very helpful So even though I tried to install it again and still got the same error, I’ve deleted it and won’t be installing it again as I don’t wanna be charged down the road

DO NOT USE IT WAS NEVER UPDATED UNLESS I ASKED THEM TO DO IT. NEVER DISCLOSED THERE IS A CHARGE. VERY UNETHICAL
