Good hardware, disappointing app I like the Always Full bowl itself and the automatic filling and cleaning work well. My disappointment is with the app and the controls available for a product at this price. Basic settings such as changing the automatic flush interval are locked behind a paid subscription. After purchasing the hardware, I don’t think I should have to pay an ongoing fee simply to change basic operating settings. I’m also very disappointed that there is no manual “Flush Now” option. If I see food, hair, or debris in the water, I should be able to open the app and immediately start a cleaning cycle rather than waiting for the next scheduled flush. This seems like one of the most basic functions a smart water bowl should provide. The hardware has a lot of potential, but the app needs improvement. Basic scheduling controls and an on-demand flush should be included with the purchase, not missing or locked behind a subscription.
